These shells are Parbaked (halfway baked) 10'' round California style sourdough crust, making them easy on the stomach to digest. softly baked, chewy and crispy... thin in the middle when finished baking to hold up to your favorite toppings. long naturally fermented, hand tossed.

Ingredients: 20% Organically Milled (Hard red winter wheat), Organic Unbleached Bread Flour, Extra Virgin Olive, filtered water, Wild Yeast sourdough, filtered water,) Mineral Salt.

Directions: Add your favorite pizza toppings and bake in preheated 500 degrees F oven or pizza stone for 7-10 minutes until the crust is a golden brown and the cheese and /or sauce is bubbly. The shells can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 days in plastic wrap or frozen up to 2 months in plastic or foil wraps (Thaw on counter for 30 minutes before adding toppings)
